Job Description

A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims and government program interviews. 

Technical Skills:
• High school graduate
• English Level: 90% or above

Requirements:

• Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
• Advanced English – level C1 or higher.
High speed internet access with a minimum of 10 MBS.
• Access to a quiet work space
